Keep the fleet moving, the fuel bill down and the paperwork to one invoice.

One East Tamaki workshop for scheduled servicing, WOFs, tyres, diagnostics and emission repairs across your cars, utes, vans and trucks, with priority booking so vehicles are back on the road fast. Tuned diesels save 8 to 15 percent on fuel.

Fleet of trucks on the road

One workshop for the whole fleet

Running vehicles for a business means every day off the road costs money twice: once for the repair and once for the work that did not get done. Autoworld looks after company fleets of any size from our East Tamaki workshop, with scheduled maintenance that keeps vehicles reliable and priority booking that gets them back quickly when something does go wrong.

We service the full mix found in Auckland fleets: Japanese and European cars, hybrids and EVs, diesel utes and vans, and Class 2 and 4 trucks.

What we take care of

  • Scheduled maintenance on the manufacturer’s intervals, or on hours and kilometres for hard-worked vehicles
  • Warrant of Fitness inspections and Certificate of Fitness preparation for heavier vehicles
  • Diagnostics with dealer-level equipment, so a fault is found before it strands a driver
  • Emission repairs for DPF, EGR, AdBlue and NOx faults, diagnosed within the hour
  • Tyres, alignment, brakes, suspension and driveline components serviced or replaced
  • Exhausts, batteries and cooling systems kept on top of before they fail

Technicians who know the vehicles

Fleet vehicles are driven harder and serviced less often than private cars, so the people working on them matter. Our technicians are high-voltage certified for hybrids and EVs, equipped with dealer-level diagnostics for European makes, and experienced with the diesel utes, vans and trucks that do the heavy lifting around Auckland. Quality parts and the right oil grade for each engine come as standard.

Tuning that pays for itself

Fuel is about twenty percent of what it costs to run a truck, and a Class 2 or 4 vehicle can burn a large sum of diesel every year. A custom ECU remap on a turbo-diesel typically saves 8 to 15 percent of that while adding the torque drivers want when loaded. For most trucks the tune pays for itself within one to four weeks, and for utes and vans the saving shows up on the first fuel card statement. Every vehicle gets a full health scan first, and we will not tune one that has unresolved faults.

Managing the account

We keep a service history, WOF or COF date and tyre record for every vehicle on your account and send reminders before anything is due. Jobs across the fleet are billed on one consolidated monthly invoice with a per-vehicle breakdown, and agreed pricing per vehicle class keeps the maintenance cost predictable for your budget. Drivers can drop vehicles early, and we hold priority slots for fleet work so a breakdown does not wait behind the general queue.

What happens next

Call 022 3900 587 or send the enquiry form with the number and type of vehicles you run. We will meet to understand how the fleet is used, propose a maintenance schedule and confirm pricing per vehicle class in writing before anything starts.

Fleet pricing is agreed per vehicle class in writing before the account starts. Work outside the agreed schedule is quoted and approved by your nominated contact before it is carried out.
ECU tuning is only carried out on vehicles that pass a full diagnostic health scan. Fuel savings quoted are typical results on turbo-diesel vehicles and depend on driving conditions and load.

Common questions

What size fleet do you work with?

From a tradie with three utes to a courier operation with thirty vans. Fleet terms start at three vehicles. If your fleet is larger we will set up a dedicated schedule and account contact.

How does the billing work?

Every job across the fleet is rolled into one monthly invoice with a per-vehicle breakdown, so your accounts team reconciles one document rather than a pile of receipts. Agreed service pricing per vehicle class keeps the cost predictable.

Can you remind us when vehicles are due?

Yes. We keep a service history and WOF or COF expiry for every vehicle on the account and send reminders ahead of time so nothing lapses.

What does tuning do for a fleet?

A custom ECU remap on a turbo-diesel ute, van or truck typically cuts fuel use by 8 to 15 percent and improves torque under load. Fuel is roughly a fifth of a truck's running cost, so for a Class 2 or 4 truck the saving usually pays back the tune within one to four weeks.

Do you handle hybrid or electric fleet vehicles?

Yes. Our technicians are high-voltage trained and we service hybrids and EVs alongside petrol and diesel vehicles, so a mixed fleet does not need two workshops.
