Book EV
Our service packages are based on an oil allowance of 4.5 to 7 litres of fully synthetic oil in 10W-30 to 5W-30 grades, which suits the great majority of vehicles on New Zealand roads. Some models need a specialty oil, a larger capacity or a non-standard filter. If yours does, we will tell you before any work starts and the difference is itemised separately on your invoice. Our digital systems health scan is included with the Extensive, Elite, European, 4x4 & Van, Hybrid and EV packages.

A modern car runs on dozens of control modules, and a fault can sit in one of them long before a warning light appears. With every package except Express we connect dealer-level diagnostic equipment, read every module and report what we find, so you are not surprised by a breakdown later.

Our digital systems health scan is included with the Extensive, Elite, European, 4x4 & Van, Hybrid and EV packages.

Questions

Before you book.

Which package should I choose?

Extensive suits most cars. Choose European for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW, Volvo or Skoda, 4x4, Ute & Van for diesel workhorses, Hybrid for anything with a high-voltage battery and a petrol engine, and EV for full electrics. If you are not sure, book Extensive and tell us the make and model; we will move you to the right package before the day.

Does the package include the oil my car needs?

Each package includes up to 4.5 litres of 5W-30 fully synthetic oil and a standard filter. Some engines take more, or need a specialty grade or a non-standard filter. We check this when you book and tell you before any work starts.

How long does a service take?

Express takes about an hour. Extensive, European, 4x4 and Hybrid take around two hours. Elite takes a little longer because filters and brake fluid are replaced. You are welcome to wait, or drop the car in the morning and collect it later.

Will you fix things you find during the check?

Not without asking. Anything we find is photographed, explained and quoted. Nothing beyond the package is done until you approve it.

Do I get a WOF with my service?

A Warrant of Fitness is a separate inspection. Add it when you book and we will do both in the same visit.
